I just want to share this email to say on behalf of all of us at IIFA, a huge thanks to you and your team for all the hard work, effort and support on managing the hospitality operations.  It was well managed overall and I sincerely appreciate the respect and continuous effort to try and maintain system and processes throughout the chaos and busy times.

 

I always say that well led teams function well too and you truly showcased that as an example. Everyone mentioned that they enjoyed working with you leading but all of your team as well. 

 

I am pleased to share that the recognition of your professionalism and good management skills was not only seen and understood by me but also by all external parties at all the hotels we utilised.
